With this course you will undertake a variety of theory and hands-on project work related to the automotive industry.

Delivered on Thursdays from 9am - 3pm
Course Information
This course comprises 3 credits.
Unit Standard 21691 (Level 2) (2 Credits)
Disassemble and reassemble a single cylinder or multi-cylinder four-stroke engine under supervision.
Unit Standard 21869 (Level 2) (1 Credit)
Remove and refit road wheels on a vehicle.
Learning Facilities
A fully equipped automotive workshop and access to digital learning.
Domestic Entry Requirements
For year 11 - 13 secondary school learners (NZ Citizens, permanent residents or learners with an applicable visa allowing them to be enrolled in a secondary school).
Applications are to be received from participating schools.
